These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between OrbitoHQ Technologies Private Limited ("OrbitoHQ", "Company", "We", "Us") and the individual or business entity ("Customer", "User", or "Organization") accessing or using our services.
By creating an account, selecting a subscription tier, or processing a payment on orbitohq.com, you agree to comply with all terms herein and applicable Indian and international laws.
2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register an account.
- Organization Owners are responsible for maintaining credentials security and configuring 2FA policies.
- Members must ensure all content uploaded to the workspace complies with Indian laws including intellectual property and copyright regulations.
3. Subscription, Pricing & Payment Terms
OrbitoHQ offers subscription plans charged on a monthly or annual billing cycle:
- Currency & Taxes: Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers (inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax / GST) and US Dollars (USD) for international customers.
- Payment Authorization: Payments are collected securely through certified payment gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree / Stripe). You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
- Invoicing: Tax invoices complying with Indian GST rules are issued electronically upon successful payment confirmation.
4. Service Availability & Support SLA
OrbitoHQ strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid subscription plans. Technical support is accessible via email (support@orbitohq.com) and live chat during official business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all legal relations arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
